ILORI presents Oliver Peoples, an iconic American eyewear designer for the past 20+ years. Founded on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, California, the lifestyle-elements of fashion, film, art, sport and unique Los Angeles landscape remains a key part of the Oliver Peoples brand essence. A rare assortment of vintage American frames, purchased through an estate sale by the Oliver Peoples founders, is the inspiration for this featured collection. Iconic optical and sun frame designs from the 1940's - 1960's are absolutely the hot trend in today's fashion world. These timeless, retro designs are available at all ILORI locations.
RILEY
In homage to the original Oliver Peoples aesthetic, the 2010 collection introduces a modern flip-up clip for specific iconic styles, including the bestselling RILEY. Handcrafted in lightweight plastic, the RILEY frame front includes rounded contouring, pin detailing and a unique keyhole bridge. The clip attaches to the frame front and is the epitome of fashion and function, making a bold statement visually, while practically adding a sunglass option.
